Before your event

• Timings: Usually two hours to set up and one hour to clear down. Larger events may need longer; service times are agreed with you.
• Venue: Tell us about kitchen facilities, power, stairs, access restrictions and your departure deadline.
• Dietary needs: Share requirements in advance. Allergen details appear on the menu and delivery note and are shared with our trained event team.
• Optional arrangements: Discuss extra kitchen equipment, drinks arrangements or out-of-hours collection with us for your quotation.
• Staffing costs: Hours are estimated. Overruns cost extra; early finishes are refunded.

• No equipment hire fee for events up to 250 guests. Vintage Afternoon Tea caters for up to 150 guests.
• Kitchens in South London and Reading, catering up to one hour from Central London.
