Over the 3 hours you will learn how to create and bake your own cream tea, which we will box up ready for you to take home. After the lesson my team will spoil you with their royal cream tea service with a vintage styled table, fresh white linen and served in our vintage fine bone china. 

 Your Lesson includes

• The late Queen Elizabeth Balmoral shortbreads
• You class will be host by Afternoon Tea cookbook writer Greg Wixted and his assistant will be you instructor for the session, they have created over 23,000 traditional teas in 2024 alone 
• We will give you some styling tips on creating the perfect table 
• you will get a recipe card pack and certificate 
• With the tea brewing  you all get to sit and enjoy a cream tea created by Greg and his team and time to ask as many questions as you like 

Tea, coffee, water and juice are available throughout the session; help yourself. Over 17s only, please wear flat shoes and full length pants, you must observe to kitchen rules for health and safety reasons and guests are not permitted to enter the main kitchen you must stay in the classroom. You are free to take photos, but not during the masterclass please wait until its time for tea.
